8. Delivery

  • io-concept.com delivers your orders subject to availability. Products in stock are delivered on the date specified in the Delivery Confirmation.
  • Orders without an estimated delivery date will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the date of Order Confirmation.
  • In case of delays in product supply beyond the control of io-concept.com, the customer will be notified as soon as possible and the impact of the delay will be minimized.

9. Information on Failure to Deliver

·       Cases where delivery is not possible:

Failures or unforeseen circumstances experienced by the cargo company - Absence of the recipient at the specified address - Refusal of the recipient to take delivery - Delays in customs procedures

·       Actions to be taken in case of non-delivery:

The products are returned to us. The Customer will be informed about the condition of the product and the options to rearrange the delivery. The Customer may specify the time and place for the pick-up of the product. If the Customer does not take delivery or does not contact us within 15 days, the contract may be terminated.

·       Termination of the Contract:

In the event of termination of the Contract, delivery costs (excluding delivery costs specially requested by the Customer) and payments shall be refunded to the Customer within 14 days. Additional costs of transportation may be charged to the Customer.

·       Virtual Gift Cards:

This clause does not apply to virtual gift cards. Delivery of virtual gift cards is subject to the Gift Card Terms and Conditions and clause 8.

 

10. Information on Risk and Ownership

Pre-Delivery Risk and Ownership:

  • io-concept.com is responsible for all risks and damages of the products until the order is delivered to the courier/cargo company.
  • The products are insured after delivery to the cargo company and are compensated by the cargo company in case of damage or loss.

Transfer of Ownership:

  • The Products become the property of the Customer as soon as they are delivered to the Customer or the person at the delivery address.
  • From this moment on, the Customer is responsible for all risks and damages of the products.

Important Notes:

  • In the event that the products are damaged or missing during delivery, it is important that you keep a report to the cargo officer and report the situation to io-concept.com as soon as possible.
  • If there is someone other than you at the delivery address, the person to receive the delivery must present an identity document and sign the delivery form.

27. Competent Court

  • There is a 60-day period for applying to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.

Application to the Consumer Court:

  • The time period for filing a lawsuit to apply to the Consumer Court varies according to the nature of the dispute.
  • The lawsuit must be filed before the authorized Consumer Court.
