Can I track my order?
Yes, you can see the status of your order in "my account" - "my orders" section. You can see the status of the order by clicking on the link in the "Order Information" section of the confirmation email.

How does the delivery process work?
 You will receive an email confirming that the products are on their way. With the tracking number in the e-mail, you can follow the delivery process by contacting the customer representative
on the cargo website or the phone number of the cargo company.
