Right of Withdrawal Conditions

15-Day Right of Withdrawal:

You may return the products you have purchased within 15 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason and without penalty. This right may not apply to some products (listed below).

Product Returns:

·       You can return the products with free shipping.

·       To exercise your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to notify io-concept.com in writing or electronically.

·       You can use the right of withdrawal form or send an e-mail to destek@io-concept.com.

·       You must give your notice of withdrawal within 15 days and return the products within 10 days.

Refund:

·       When you exercise your right of withdrawal, all amounts you have paid (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded to you within 15 days.

·       The refund will be made via your original payment method.

·       It is important that you return the products undamaged and in their original packaging.

·       If the products have lost value, this may be deducted from the refund.

Cases where the Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised:

·       Personalized products

·       Unpacked books, digital content and computer consumables

·       Hygienic products (underwear, swimwear, etc.)

·       Return the products in their original packaging, together with the invoice or document that replaces the invoice.

·       You can return the products with free shipping.

·       If you want to return the products yourself, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
