How can I make a refund?

1.     Put the goods to be returned and your invoice in one package.

2.     Deliver the package to the Parcel Forwarder within 14 working days with the shipping code ................. Simply provide the code, you do not need to provide a return address.

Do I have to pay anything for the refund?

Returns from io-concept.com are always free of charge when using the return methods we offer.

What is the valid period for refunds?

All returns must be made within 14 days of the shipment confirmation email.

What is the return process?

·       After the product reaches us, it is checked for compliance with the return conditions.

·       If the product meets the return conditions, the return process is completed within 10 business days.

·       If the product does not meet the return conditions, it will be sent back to your address.

·       The time for the refunded amount to be reflected on your card depends on your bank.

What documents are required for a refund?

The following documents are required to exercise the right of return:

1.     Fill in and sign the form on the back of the invoice sent to you with the product; send it with the product you will return.

2.     If the order was made by a company or self-employed person, you must enclose a return invoice prepared on behalf of your company or yourself with your invoice.

3.     io-concept.com reserves the right to refuse returns sent or reported after the return period has expired, or returns of products not in the condition in which they were received.
